Where to find Service Titan Support

A major question users of ServiceTitan have is where to turn to when you need additional support and guidance for your ServiceTitan account. Here are the top 5 places you can get your questions answered.

  1. Use the customer support provided by ServiceTitan

This should be your first contact when dealing with any technical issues that are occurring inside of you account.

2. Utilize your CSM

If you have a a question regarding reporting or functionality of common ServiceTitan features, reach out to your assigned CSM. These individuals are fantastic at pulling together reports to display data you need to make accurate decisions. Another way I utilize my CSM is asking about current features inside of our account such as the dispatch board, call booking screen and in depth settings.
